ALERA has several in-house 5S Workshops available to be taught in your facility.
	Typical In-House Workshop
	Planning and Implementing 5S	The Planning and Implementing 5S is a 3 day workshop designed to teach your 5S implementation team how to plan, organize and implement a 5S program. The participants will actually begin planning and implementing a 5S program in your workplace while participating in the workshop.
	Auditing Your 5S Program	The Auditing Your 5S Program is a two-day workshop that focuses on developing an audit program for your 5S program. Your participants will evaluate your 5S plan and develop a set of audit documents and then use those documents to begin auditing your program under the guidance of our instructor.
